Let me INFORM YOU: ( DOCTOR May be great and unfortunately I wouldn’t know but the FRONT DESK is the FACE of the entire office regardless of how good a doctor is. So who is in the front matters!!!!) This clinic has a standard rule for payment structure which is understandable no problem with that. Booking and scheduling is difficult. My mom was assigned a new referral for a new issue and the office/employee is stating that “we don’t do evaluations in November”. We proceeded with a booking for a December appointment and they called us to cancel because they overbooked themselves. We could have started on the treatment plan as per prescribing doctor’s orders.
