Dr Fritchman is the Primary Physician for my husband and I, plus many of our relatives. Whenever we hear anyone complain that they are unhappy with another physician, we proudly refer that they see Dr. Fritchman. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and even though a trip to the doctor is not a joyous occasion, Dr. Fritchman, Rosie and the staff make it as absolutely enjoyable as possible. We would, and do, trust him with our lives, and feel so blessed to have him and his staff in our community.
This whole office needs to go back to school. Rude office staff, the nurse practitioners are total idiots, and Dr. Fritchman is not a whole lot better. Charged me AND my insurance for the same amount, doubled the dosage of my husband s medication without telling us and when we asked why the excuse was because they thought it would make it work better! It was working perfectly before, we only wanted a refill and she actually made him incredibly sick.
i see dennis mostly. he s a good caregiver. only had one misstep really w/ some medications. other than that GREAT staff and GREAT caregivers. they ve handled my mental and physical health better than any other office i ve been too. i recommend them highly.
Doctor is wonderful and such a great caregiver! His front office staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE!!! I wish he would do something to correct this problem. Who do they think they are!? I have never wanted to cuss people out more than I do this staff!
