I went to Fritch Mill last week after talking with Eric on the phone about a custom project for my new home. From walking into the office and meeting his staff to being personally escorted out to meet Billy on the Doosan loader, I had a great customer experience! Billy had pulled several cedar logs to review with me and made a recommendation which he then loaded up; all while sharing the Fritch Family/Mill history. What a great time! If I could've given no stars I would. I sent 13 logs to these crooks and they gave me a check for $1,300! They gave me $0 for 5 of my logs because the small end diameter didn't meet their requirements, but they kept the logs anyways. So they stole from me. When I asked they just threw up their hands saying that was the decision of the 3rd party scaler. These scam artists should be run out of business!

If you’re logging and bringing them loads don’t expect any reasonable money. Buse Mill is my go to and has never let me down. If you call and ask why you received less than half Buse Mill paid for the same exact amount of loads, the front desk gal will tell you to “just go to Buse Mill then” and hang up on you so do you yourself a favor. Sounds like they don’t need more wood.
