I went to Fritch Mill last week after talking with Eric on the phone about a custom project for my new home. From walking into the office and meeting his staff to being personally escorted out to meet Billy on the Doosan loader, I had a great customer experience! Billy had pulled several cedar logs to review with me and made a recommendation which he then loaded up; all while sharing the Fritch Family/Mill history. What a great time! Easy to work with. Lumber looks great.
If I could've given no stars I would. I sent 13 logs to these crooks and they gave me a check for $1,300! They gave me $0 for 5 of my logs because the small end diameter didn't meet their requirements, but they kept the logs anyways. So they stole from me. When I asked they just threw up their hands saying that was the decision of the 3rd party scaler. These scam artists should be run out of business!
