If I could've given no stars I would. I sent 13 logs to these crooks and they gave me a check for $1,300! They gave me $0 for 5 of my logs because the small end diameter didn't meet their requirements, but they kept the logs anyways. So they stole from me. When I asked they just threw up their hands saying that was the decision of the 3rd party scaler. These scam artists should be run out of business!
If you’re logging and bringing them loads don’t expect any reasonable money. Buse Mill is my go to and has never let me down. If you call and ask why you received less than half Buse Mill paid for the same exact amount of loads, the front desk gal will tell you to “just go to Buse Mill then” and hang up on you so do you yourself a favor. Sounds like they don’t need more wood.
