Great experience with Frisco Sports Center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the quality of the custom apparel was excellent. Everything was done just how I wanted, and the process was easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for future orders.
Terrible customer service! The order was incorrect by mistake. However, the order took over a month and a half to be delivered. Once we received it and noticed the mistake, I called. One representative informed me that while they couldn't return a customized order, she would call me Monday to try and help get the order corrected for me. I didn't get a call on Monday.
