****BEWARE****I ordered a shirt on September 6th. It’s still not here. I wanted a band mom shirt. I’ve emailed to inquire with only one response in September saying to allow another week. It’s now been over a month. I called today to their office. Lady that answered was not friendly and lacked customer service. All she would tell me is that the order hasn’t even printed and may be done sometime next week!!!! She didn’t even ask for my order number!!! I will not be ordering from them in the future! Waste of my time and money!
Frisco Sports Center has serviced many of my sportswear needs for years, especially with kids involved in various sports and school events. The staff has always been incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Recently, I missed a deadline for an important order and called frantically to see if there was any way to still get it done.
