Great experience with Frisco Sports Center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the quality of the custom apparel was excellent. Everything was done just how I wanted, and the process was easy from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for future orders.
Terrible customer service! The order was incorrect by mistake. However, the order took over a month and a half to be delivered. Once we received it and noticed the mistake, I called. One representative informed me that while they couldn't return a customized order, she would call me Monday to try and help get the order corrected for me. I didn't get a call on Monday. ****BEWARE****I ordered a shirt on September 6th. It’s still not here. I wanted a band mom shirt. I’ve emailed to inquire with only one response in September saying to allow another week. It’s now been over a month. I called today to their office. Lady that answered was not friendly and lacked customer service. All she would tell me is that the order hasn’t even printed and may be done sometime next week!!!! She didn’t even ask for my order number!!! I will not be ordering from them in the future! Waste of my time and money!
