Santiago was so helpful and knowledgeable. Even opened early for me and gave me a great overview of all that is available for running shoes for high arches, etc. He even showed me how to get what I need from another provider if I wanted. But, trying to solve my high arches problem elsewhere hardly made sense when they have such an awesome deal on CUSTOM-MADE (right in the store) insoles. I was expecting higher prices. I was determined today to buy tennis shoes from Frisco Running Co. My tennis shoes were looking shabby, and it was Elijah who suggested the 360 white shoe. He is a personable young man who listens and can read my face as well as my words. I only do business in this store .... clean, friendly, and personable. I purchased the shoes within a few minutes, accomplished my goal for today, and with an engaging young man who could read my words. Thank you Elijah.( Perfect fit, color, and comfort for me.
