Travis is so amazing. 6 years ago he replaced a cleaner/booster pump for my family. It's having issues now! He gave me advice on what to check since I no longer can afford pool service! 6 years later and he still provided customer service to me! 10 stars if it was an option. Thank you Travis! It takes a lot for me to write a 1 star review. I was being charged excessive fee's, trip charges, and undisclosed fee's that Frisco Pool told me were part of my pool cleaning fee's. I trusted this company. They broke my trust and abused my credit card and racked up excessive fees, charges, and trip fee when I was told the $199.00 charge included their weekly cleaning and chemical balance.
