I am a new client of Frisco Pools in the Palgrave area of Caledon. I came to them with a complicated problem with a Zodiac salt water system, which my former pool service company could not solve. The head technician at Friso Pools went through all the important tests and steps and patiently discovered the tricky software problem which was preventing the new sensor replacement parts from communicating with the main control board. Very professional and very competent.
I purchased a pre-owned Hot Tub from Frisco Pools. What seperated them from the other online ads was their willingness to stand behind the refurbished tub and offer a guarantee that it would work upon delivery. Great service from Frisco Pools! Someone always picks up the phone or answers an email promptly and you can just tell, with a smile on their face. No matter how crazy busy it might be, they make time for everyone. Tom has been by a few times to make sure our pool was brought back to its glory after a year of neglect.
