The worst possible commitment I have seen from a services company.. Called them last Monday, to set up an appointment for Tuesday, Apr 7, between 12pm to 3:00pm, and I receive a call on Tuesday requesting a reschedule for Wednesday, as their plumbers were stuck in an emergency.,. I get that.. I reschedule for Wednesday, same time window.,.. It's 4:00pm Wednesday - April 8, 2015 .. I check with my spouse, no one has even called!! Called the Plumbing Co to see what happened.
