What an incredibly delightful, one-of-a-kind place to stay. From the moment you enter the lobby you're struck with old-world charm. The lobby takes up the entire first floor and is so cozy and inviting filled with relics of a bygone era. Our attendant was wonderful - she is also the cook - she'd made carrot cake to compliment happy hour (did I mention the complimentary happy hour with snacks and a complimentary glass of wine or beer!?) and it's a wonderful opportunity to relax and chat with other guests. Absolutely stunting place to stay! Beautifully decorated, like a Victorian style gem in the rough. Hot tub was amazing. Breakfast cooked by Claire, was AMAZING!
So cute!! Great value in shoulder season and amazing service all around. Thank you Susan and Claire !! Refreshing to stay somewhere that doesn’t look like every remodeled Marriott and Hilton.
Our stay was delightful! Such a homey feeling it had to it all. A lot of great history behind the building. The people that run it are wonderful. Claire was such a fun individual to talk to. She made the experience even more homey. Definitely coming back here to stay in the future.
