CON ARTISTS WHO USE FRAUDULENT BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING TACTICS. I called Frisco Limousine on 8/26. I gave them ALL THE DETAILS of the pick-up/drop-off information for my niece's wedding. They quoted me a price of $360 but said they'd have to increase it to $450 since the pick up was out of their usual zone. No problem. $450 it is. I reserved a Limousine on March 16, 2020 and made a deposit of $250 for my daughter's prom on April 25, 2020. I received an email on March 26, 2020 from the Prom board stating that the Prom would be cancelled due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency. On March 27, 2020, I called to cancel the reservation due to the circumstances and Frisco Limousine would not refund my deposit. Frisco Limousine would also NOT allow the deposit to be used for a later date if the Prom were to be rescheduled.
