These guys have treated me right since day one. I had my old tiller in for repair because it wouldn't start and they not only got it going again but I was able to bring my other old mower, a brand they didn't even sell, for repair also. Lots of great stuff inside - you need to go check this place out.
Love this place. Always busy - fixed right the first time. I had a carburetor issue - they repaired it - then told me how to prevent the issue from happening again. Most shops I have been to would have waited for me to come back next year and charge me again. Thanks guys! We will be back!
Never answer phone/can't find mower/employee rude – Took 2 1/2 weeks to complete tune-up/repair. We always had to call throughout the process which involved no one answering phone/hanging up accidently/can't find ticket/can't find mower! I was one of three customers this morning there. Young employee was waiting on a customer and an older employee was rude and obviously pushing the younger guys buttons when the young employee asked a question. Horrible Customer Service / Look elsewhere – First time customer. Invoice indicated mower would be completed on a certain date. Two days after the date I called; "working on it now, someone should call you tomorrow". Three days of the exact same response to my inquiry. Went to the business today; "waiting on a part that may be in next week", asked for my mower back, took 15 minutes to find my mower. Good People Good Service – I have had my mowers serviced here for many years and bought a refurbished unit. I have found their service to be excellent and timely. I always bring my mower in durig January, when they offer a discount for an annual tune up. They always take time to demonstrate what I have purchased and answer questions promptly and politely. Buy your equipment here and not at the Big Box stores. What they sell is generally of much higher quality.
Do Not Go HERE – Do NOT purchase or have repairs at this location. I used this location in Frisco because of it's close proximity. Huge Mistake. The employees were very poor in assisting me and lied on repairs to be completed on my mower. I hope this helps anyone looking for new or repairs to mowers.
