I’m surprised, having to now write this less than stellar review. Sergio and his crew did a nice job at the beginning - new sod replacement, trimmed trees. Signed up for landscape service based on that experience. Since then, however, communication, customer service, attentiveness to requests, dependability have been sub-par. Work was claimed and paid for that we had no evidence of accomplishment. And for an ongoing business relationship, these things are all super important.
