We had two gas fireplaces installed by Frisco Fireplace. Life got busy and we didn't get a chance to use one of them. We have turned it on probably less then 10 times and it already has a black build up on the glass. I was hoping to get someone out to look but it appears they are closed. It's disappointing to spend so much money and have a end product we can't use until more work is done.

Have been trying to get in contact the Frisco Fireplace for about a month now and have sent emails and many phone calls with no response back. Poor service.
Great experience, from start to finish! Scheduling the work was easy, Mark came on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, kept everything clean, and spent time explaining how to best use the system. I highly recommend Frisco Fireplace and Stone!
