Took my mother there to get hearing tests and hearing aids
Dr. Huang and her staff are the real deal! My son and I have both seen Dr. Huang for probably 10 years and we have only had positive experiences. She has the most wonderful personality and is extremely knowledgeable. She spends the needed time with you to understand what exactly the problem is. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Negative star I want to give if there's such an option. The front desk team is very rude. The doctor doesn't provide any useful information other than my family doctor. Most important, they charge me the full amount like I don't have any insurance although I gave them the insurance card and DL at the very beginning. Called my insurance and they told me the copay for a specialist is $75 and I paid almost $200. And there's no itemized receipt. It’s clear that Dr. Huang truly prioritizes her patients. Her professionalism, kindness and knowledge is unlike any other place. She makes sure that all your questions are answered and even follows up and checks on you after the appointment. I couldn’t recommend this office more.
