I have to update my review. This place commits medical billing fraud. I have been trying to get a hold of billing dept for months because they have billed my insurance $53k and still counting. I visited once in may and the charges still are not finalized. I have called and emailed, requesting an itemized bill, and they won’t answer or respond. I received acetaminophen through a drip and did a cat scan. Never got the results. ER doctor said I should see a specialist but didn’t give any referrals. How does all of that cost $53... read more

I came to the ER because I’m uninsured and could not pay out of pocket today. I was able to be billed. They charged me $250 for a 5 second check and antibiotics and I needed the antibiotics and without my finger was going to further get infected and swollen and they would not allow the prescription without payment which seems odd to me. If someone needs a medication for something more severe than an infected finger, and they are uninsured and don’t have the money, do they get denied something that could drastically help them... read more

We recommend 100 pct to come to Frisco ER! Our caregivers were: Malik (Front Desk), Monique (Nurse), Vidya (ER Physician), Cat ( Radiology Tech)! They were very kind and efficient. Thank you! Big thank you! Our daughter, 14 years old was addressed in less than 5 minutes. Malik, definitely the kindest and took care of us. THANK YOU. This world needs more people like you!!!!

I came to frisco er and Malik , Monique , vidya , and cat were so friendly and patient and it feel like a family here . They helped me out and made me feel heard and welcomed , 100% recommend fast service and friendly staff

Malik was great at the front desk and checked us in without any delay. Did all the paperwork while nurse Brianna attended to us. We saw Dr. Neuro very quickly with almost no wait time. An all around positive experience given the circumstances.
