Equilibrium has earned more than five stars from me. Kristen provided me with the support I needed, unlike other places I have been to that promised the stars when I signed up/paid them then my next visit I felt they were setting me up to fail as if they want me to have to pay them again. Kristen kept me motivated to stick to my weight loss goal with accountability and understanding. Kristen’s guidance allowed me to achieve 22 lbs. lost in my first two weeks and I plan to keeping it going. Highly Recommended!!!
