I brought my 2023 Dodge Charger Widebody Scat Pack in for an oil change. The service advisor, Hunter Pearce, showed me three options—Good ($119.95), Better ($139.95), and Best ($159.95). I chose the “Good” option and signed the estimate for $129.85. After the service, I was told the total was around $160 because my car “needs more oil.” That was never mentioned upfront. I have a Jeep which was upgraded by a dealership brand new. I took it in for scheduled maintenance and it took a total of 15 days to get the job done. Vehicle is under warranty and the bill was above $1500, service manager (Ryan) just attempts to shift responsibilities to avoid dealing with items which are all covered under warranty and by Mopar. Avoid at all costs

Service department is not helpful, anytime you call you get transferred from person to person or it goes straight to voicemail. Do not purchase your vehicle here if you are expecting any kind of customer service.

Everyone there is horrible. Anytime I have ever called due to a factory recall or question about something they act as though you are making their day difficult They have horrible customer service and will never bother them again with my service needs. I’m driving to the Dallas location even though I live 10 minutes from them. Just so I don’t have to deal with anyone from this dealership.
