came to your service center on time for the complimentary multi-point inspection and car wash offer, but neither service was provided. The advisor only collected my vehicle information and then presented a list of recommended maintenance services such as filters. If customers are expected to purchase services before receiving the advertised complimentary inspection, then the promotion is misleading. Service was standard and straight forward, prices for wearables were a little upcharged (battery/tires). Reason im leaving a mid review is because they are bombarding my phone with requests for feedback and its very annoying when im at work and im recieving texts and phone calls every 20 minutes. Use a burner phone.
