I thought my experience was great. I found a 2017 dodge durango gt, exactly what i was looking for. It was used and had some issues. They told me they would fix them up. Car was at 75k miles. Not even 3 months after getting the vehicle, the patchwork repairs ran their course, and I started having issues. Misfiring pistons, oil leak, electrical issues where tailights wouldn't work, even after replacing the fuses and whole assembly. Stay away. I would not recommend Frisco Chrysler. They Do not return calls seem to be dishonest. Cody, the manager doesn’t even follow up from service. They felt it was easier just to deny my warranty claim than to send it to Chrysler and follow up because I called them to find out what was going on. Update I took it to another dealer in Prosper got it fixed quickly. Under warranty. Frisco, dealership just didn’t want to go through the hassle. Never going back.
Hunter in service was on point. Straightforward, no runaround, and got the job done. Communicated clearly and made sure everything was handled without hassle. Appreciated the professional approach.
My husband got information from the internet sales department about a 2025 Grand Cherokee for sale. After getting specific price details we drove an HOUR to this location. I don't blame the young salesman but then they tried to hound us with slick sales talk. They tried to get us to but the vehicle for 10's of thousands more saying those incentives didn't work for that vehicle. Very dishonest. Were in our 50's and we're not new car buyers. Will never go back
