Repair thus far appears to be working. I did like that the tech called to trouble shoot the problem prior to arrival so he could have the appropriate parts. Dislike: took a week to get an appointment; repair window was initially 7AM-6PM; labor costs are unreal.

Buyer Beware! I gave them my credit card for the first visit payment. The service fee was $100. After the repairman came over and did a web search for repairs (he never touched the fridge) I agreed to parts and labor. He asked me to sign the estimate on his iPad. As soon as I signed I was auto-billed for the parts AND the labor for the future visit. I was never advised that payment would be collected BEFORE the job was completed.

Some good experience and some very horrible situation they got me in. Technicians themselves are super nice people and help out as much as they can. As a service provider, it takes forever to reach a person to speak to, it takes 2+ weeks to get an appointment - without the guarantee that it will be fixed the same day - as most parts needs to be ordered. After almost 1.5 months, when all parts were installed, found out it didnt fix the fridge and no one can repair it as they do not manufacture the part needed in my case. The ... read more
