Yesterday at around 200 pm I order hash browns hot fudge cake at the window I had. some change so I order a big boy now that was a bad decision I order it at the pay window and as soon as I said it ,it was at the cashiers window .I'm 2 min from frishes on central pay when I was still in the car I opened the sandwich to take a bite it was dry looking and it wasn't a big boy it was a cheeseburger wrapped in paper.from this morning till now I still have diarrhea . Smh. That the cook would serve a cold,old burger just to save fo... read more

I just stopped in there half hour ago got a fish sandwich and it was as hard as a rock how much longer can stay in business ???
I have been going to Big Boy, since I was a child. The one star is for the Manager Rebecca Kuhn, at the North Bend Road location! She is the only one I see constantly working, and she should be the General Manager! The current GM, Shawn O'Callohan should be demoted to manager, & should be ashamed of himself. The manager Daryl Alexander owes my son an apology!! And he should be fired & put out to pasture with the cows, since all him & the GM do is stand behind the salad bar!! My family, friends & I will NEVER go again!!!
When I first started going to this place I would get great service and wonderful food. The last few times I have been here the service has been horrible and almost cold food. My husband and I went there and the booth across from us was spotless but underneath it was dirty napkins, food and silverware. Maybe they cleaned the top but they sure did not clean underneath. Twice when I ordered dessert they brought my dessert but not spoon to eat it with. Once they seated us and brought us our drinks and salad but no silverware so ... read more

I ate here tonight, after work. My friend ordered soup (98% broth). We mentioned it to the waitress, who replied that it was the best she could do. The other waiter (not ours) went ahead and brought my friend soup that had substance and not just broth. Our food arrived, and we asked for extra tarter sauce. Our waitress said they didn't have any more. The other waiter was able to get us some, which was nice. Still, our food was luke warm; my fries were floppy.
