Although customer service was good the installation of new tires, rims, and TPMS was poor. I drove 2 hours to get here, the closest Kal Tire to me, and left after a lengthy 3-hour wait only to discover that my TPMS warning light never turned off as suggested it would. It appears Kal Tire failed to sync the new TPMS with my car. Also, I am entitled to a mail-in rebate from Continental but this is something I discovered only when I got home. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied with the new tires and wheel alignment performed. Highly recommend Kal to everyone.
