Ten stars at least! Wow, amazing reception contrary to Canadian Tire on Coventry Street! Turned up after three garage refusals, Lyall listened , consulted his mechanic and agreed to repair my tire with a nail in it. Told me, he does not believe in leaving clients stranded especially at the weekend. Said to them they were angels, life savers and that I could kiss them but would not. Very bad customer service. Wasn't given the option of fixing a slow leak on my tire. I was told that I had to buy two tires instead. I opted for one. I wasn't shown, but was told that a screw was in my tire.
Just had my car serviced for a rubbing noise in the wheels. Staff (Rupesh, Kaushal and tehnicians are all very nice and obliging. They listen to you when you explain your situation and strive to make the repair as cost-effective as possible.
Great experience. I arrived yesterday at around 4pm with a blown tire.They were able to book me in for first thing this morning. Swap was done very quickly. Great staff, very friendly with clear communication. Thank you! Derek Richardson
