Excellent service. Very friendly. I've had my seasonal tires changed and requested to have a wheel alignment to be done. At time of pickup, they told me there was no need for an alignment. Very honest and saved 150$ plus.
Service with a smile! Ditto to other reviewers: the Store Manager, Kaushal, really takes customer service seriously. He is very involved at the Front Desk, with the customers, and with his mechanics. I'm been here 3 times and the service far superior than the other Kal Tire location I used to go to when I lived in Toronto.
Highly recommended for an alignment. The team was very honest and upfront. I cannot say how much this was appreciated and they stood out! Thanks again Lyall and Chris!
Ten stars at least! Wow, amazing reception contrary to Canadian Tire on Coventry Street! Turned up after three garage refusals, Lyall listened , consulted his mechanic and agreed to repair my tire with a nail in it. Told me, he does not believe in leaving clients stranded especially at the weekend. Said to them they were angels, life savers and that I could kiss them but would not.
