I called the other week about a screw in my tire, took quite a few rings before someone picked up but everything else was perfect! Mr. Sahil got me booked for an appointment same day just a few hours later! He was very friendly, polite and professional. I waited in the lobby for around 20-30 minutes while they worked on my car; I was offered freezies and gatorade while I passed the time. Although customer service was good the installation of new tires, rims, and TPMS was poor. I drove 2 hours to get here, the closest Kal Tire to me, and left after a lengthy 3-hour wait only to discover that my TPMS warning light never turned off as suggested it would. It appears Kal Tire failed to sync the new TPMS with my car. Also, I am entitled to a mail-in rebate from Continental but this is something I discovered only when I got home. Kal Tire should have informed me and set this up. So I am disappointed. Poor service, ... read more
