We would not rent 425 Ocean Point Lane again due to maintenance and safety issues that significantly impacted our vacation in June 2026, including, but not limited to, the following: - No working kitchen refrigerator for 2+ days, and we were forced to use a loaner fridge in the garage down a flight of steps and try to keep our other food cold with coolers and ice that we provided - HVAC filters and access panels on the first and second floor extremely dirty/black [looks like they hadn’t been changed in years] - Outdoor porch... read more
Was very dirty. Constant drip in one of the tubs. Wasn't worth the money.
Terrible management. Within 3 hours of being in my room, saw 2 cockroaches. Emailed and texted. After seeing the 2nd one i left immediately, emailed and texted again and requested refund. Heard back from someone the next day 24 hours later, saying the would give me another room. After I was already back home 5 hours away. Claimed seeing roaches is “normal around here”… not normal to see them in guest rooms… ever. Not interested in another room. Active construction going on outside the rooms.
