Rented carts here for a family weekend. Very happy. Online rental was easy and picking up the cart at my scheduled time was quick and easy. Carts all ran flawlessly.
Booking was smooth and simple. Unfortunately so was my refund. Picked the golf cart up and it wouldn’t go over 10mph. When I returned I was told by the older man in the office that other drivers were driving too fast and that those golf carts weren’t sage to drive over 13 mph. Yes, all rentals are governed. He was rude but thankfully the girl behind the desk has dealt with this before. She started the refund process the second he began to speak. Such a great experience! We saw a lot of dolphins. The captain was very knowledgeable!
Paid to see dolphins, and we saw dolphins. Also, the tour guide was very knowledgeable about the local ocean, waterways and marine biology. I didn't ask, but he spoke with a confidence and depth-of-knowledge that sounded like he is a PhD Marine Biologist. Good purchase.
