Do not come here if you have other options. I waited a long time without receiving IV fluids even though I couldn’t keep anything down. I was told I needed blood work before treatment, and when I declined, they refused to start fluids. The experience felt slow, unhelpful, and very frustrating. Dr. Fanning came across as dismissive and not very approachable. I did not feel heard or cared for during my visit. Save your time and go to Hondo or San Antonio if you can.

Literally have never been to San Antonio nor have I ever been to this place…. They literally put a 800$ account in collections for my name. I live in Florida. This place is doing something suspicious. I’d watch out if I was anyone going here. I have lawyers involved.

My ER visit was a breeze, in and out, detailed information about what was going on, tests, outcomes and what I should do upon being discharged. I appreciate the attention and staff.

I took my father in on Friday for chest pains and vomiting. I walked in went strait to register and let them know the symtoms and mrs Theresa came around the corner and took him in right away. When I was able to get to him Theresa Mirta and Dr Collier and Elena were awesome they worked fast and were connecting him to.machime . Their fast response saved him from having a big heart attack.
