they took forever just to check up on my girlfriend. they poked her with a needle several times, the doctor made us feel very stupid. like her pain doesn’t matter. this is ridiculous, we’re people and we matter.
The nurse I had was a flirt with me, I was having a panic attack and he was rubbing my arm in a very disturbing way. Asking if he knew me from somewhere.
Son was placed in a room that had a broken b/p machine. Nurse wasn't knowledgeable and didn't care to even bring water when asked. Nurse went against the Dr recommendation giving his own opinion.
The front desk greeter was outstanding, Kristal From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the check-in process easy and stress-free. Her professionalism and kindness truly deserve recognition. January 4,2026
