Everything is clean! Everything works and the A/C will freeze you out of the cabin. The grounds area is well kept. All the staff we interacted with was helpful and friendly. We came with over 20 friends and family here. The friends we joined has been coming for the last 8 years. I totally see why. If your coming to float the Frio this is a serious contender for a great place to stay.
Rental was right by the river, plenty of parking, lots of rooms to bring your family and friends, they have plenty of lights outside in the patio area and pool area. Landscape was beautiful everything was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend these accommodations to everyone. Thank you.
