Great experience, but the shuttle driver had accidentally misplaced our float ice chest which caused it to pop inside their trailer. After complaining he did offer us one of theirs to use but did not do anything else to help replace or discount our experience. Other than that we had a great time
The house picnic tables outside were dirty. They only “rent” towels and the pool was green. I called multiple times and nothing was resolved and they offered a refund and now won’t return my phone calls. Convenient, isn’t it? I’ve rented this house before and never had a bad experience until now. We paid over $3500 this time and have rented at least 6 different times but I think we will take our business elsewhere. Save your money and rent with a different company.
Company appears to rely on location for business success and doesn't maintain rental properties or keep them properly clean. A wonder as to why towels are not provided nor placing sheets on beds, instead of leaving customers paying multiple hundreds of dollars a night to put the sheets on the bed and bring their own bath towels. Bed bugs were discovere in the bed the morning of departure after a bug crawling across the night stand.
