I have been getting my hair done by this group for about 20 years! They are very friendly, very knowledgable, attend hair shows to keep their education updated, are involved with community and causes, as well as taking part in helping young apprentices who are learning the trade! They are a close family of caring people who happen to do hair very well!
Keep looking. I walked in and was one of 2 customers. At least 3 stylists were sitting around talking, 2 shampoo type people and one stylist had their child there spinning in a chair. There was hair clipping piles under almost all of the chairs, that was gross. Not just a few stray pieces, like full haircuts. Nobody could pick up a broom? The folks acted like they could care less if you were there. I walked out looking like I hadn't even gotten a haircut and it was WAY overpriced. Really disappointed.
My initial impression was that the front desk was very rude I just moved into the area and decided to walk in without an appointment. When I asked for advice on cut and style the stylist was very abrupt. After paying for the services I felt cheated and would have gotten a better deal elsewhere.
The best decision I ever made! We just moved here from NY, and found TWIST salon online. Since it was near our home we stopped in.My hair use to be highlighted pulled thru a cap. Doug explained to me the difference of using foils. Wowwhat a difference. The salon is also very comfortable and fun.
