I don't know what happened. I had pictures. She couldn't style it. I can't style it. Guess I will just keep plastering it back in a ponytail. Very disappointed.
Looking for a new stylist I called several locations, most did not call back, which is crazy to me. I got both a follow up call and text to schedule an appointment, which I appreciate since I like text better. Thank you for your professionalism!!
