Kylie did a fabulous job with my hair, it turned out even better than I imagined! As soon as I walked In I felt welcomed and relaxed. She has great customer service skills and has gained a lifelong client from me!

Just had my hair done by stylist Krystal E today and let me tell you, she was fantastic!! What a beautiful color she gave me and my hair health has never felt better. I would recommend her a thousand times over.. she listened to my wants and delivered it beautifully.

My hair turned out completely dull, damaged, and very different from what I requested. The prices listed on the website were not accurate either. I specifically asked for a partial balayage, but the stylist applied toner twice without my consent, stating it was “necessary” to achieve the result. I never agreed to this, yet I was charged for it. In the end, I did not receive the desired outcome and was billed a total of $280 ($160 + $40 + $40 + $30, including two toner charges). I asked for a 5 inch cut layers and for them to go light on my bangs, however they made it look more like a bowl cut with heavy bangs that were thicker than expected. There was almost no layers. Overall unsatisfactory experience.
