I’m giving them one star for there unforgiving cancellation policy. I set up an appointment online for a same day brow wax tint and lamination. A few hours later I realized I had a doctors appointment so I called to cancel. The girl told me she would have to check with the owner to see if I would be charged for the service. Wait! What? She called back and informed me she would have to charge me full price for the service I didn’t get but would give me a credit for the service another day. No I find that ridiculous.
