My first visit was okay, I arrived 15 mins early and was offered a drink and snack and given a form to read and fill out. Their waiting area chairs are TINY and if you're a midsize or plus size person you may not have a spot to sit at all, or be uncomfortable. Not only is this salon extremely welcoming from the moment you enter, but the ambiance and professionalism of the staff puts you immediately at ease as a first-time client here. Krystal E. is so fabulous, friendly and just a wealth of knowledge in all things from color, foils, textures, layers and that's just hair! (Psst..She also does AMAZING brows!). I tried to cancel an appointment, they refused to let me and tried to charge me a fee. It was literally a day I booked a day before. Very very unprofessional do not recommend this place at all
I had a great experience with Krystal at Salon Fringe! I received a lash lift and tint along with a brow wax. Not only did she respond and get me scheduled quickly and easily on a date that worked best with both our schedules, but I'm so happy with my results. The brow shape/wax suits my face shape perfectly and my lashes are now easily noticeable even without the use of mascara.
