I had an appointment scheduled, but when I arrived, I was completely ignored. After waiting with no acknowledgment, I was finally told they could no longer take me, even though I had booked ahead. It was frustrating and a total waste of time.
My daughter and I have been going to Brooke for almost 2 years. She always listens to us and we have never been disappointed. If you are looking for a new stylist, she's your girl!!
