I needed a haircut urgently. Tasha, my regular stylist was not available, so I booked with Feodora. I am always a little worried when I have to get a cut from someone new but Feodora did a great job. For anyone who might prefer service in French, she has recently arrived from France and trained in Europe. It is well worth the drive from Barrhaven to get my cuts at Fringe and Foliage.
