I cannot recommend Fringe based on my experience. I paid for a perm by Jude that did not produce the promised results. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I simply requested that the service be corrected or that I receive a refund. Instead of standing behind their work, they refused to offer either solution and chose to dismiss me as a client.
