I was unfortunately very disappointed in my head spa experience. I received a coupon for 20% off the normal price of $150 and still feel like I overpaid. The service itself lasted only 40 min maybe 45... the actual washing was nice and relaxing but I was hoping for more. At the end, I was given a half wet towel to dry off my hair and sent on my way. Do not do the headspa service here. It was so disappointing, I'm still upset everytime I think about it. Table was hard and cold, no bolsters or heat provided for comfort. Room was so loud, could hear whole salon/hair dryers/conversations. Vent in room was loud and sink bowl on the table was loud with squeek/squish noise the whole time in my ear.
