Do not do the headspa service here. It was so disappointing, I'm still upset everytime I think about it. Table was hard and cold, no bolsters or heat provided for comfort. Room was so loud, could hear whole salon/hair dryers/conversations. Vent in room was loud and sink bowl on the table was loud with squeek/squish noise the whole time in my ear. Emily always is super friendly and cares about her clients. I recommend literally everyone I know to come here.
Emily has been doing my hair for over a decade now and I would never even consider going to anybody else. She loves a challenge when it comes to creativity with hair and color and is actually willing to sit and brainstorm with you to make sure it comes out exactly how you want it. Her ability to put an idea into reality is astounding, and her talent and expertise truly shows in the finished work!
They are terrible here!!! Don’t even waste your time and money going here!!!! Emily the owner does such a bad job!! I had highlights done here and it did not turn out good 👎 Emily is weird as hell because she decided to cancel my appointment 1 hour prior to the appointment time. Terrible customer service and will never waste my money on her or her company anymore.
