A big shout-out to an amazing staff member Cynthia who was extremely helpful today.
Came off my bike at a high speed with both arms outstretched, so it was fairly obvious I'd damaged both of them especially with one arm locked at an angle and the opposite wrist being sprained. Explained why I was there, how it happened, said numerous times it was both arms that were injured so both would need to be examined. After about 5 hours of waiting I finally got seen by a doctor who only checked my wrist and when asked about examining my arm said that it wasn't documented, even though I said numerous times it was bot... read more
