This was the absolute worst experience that we have ever encountered. The service booked was not what occurred. The process of resolving the concerns made it worse. We were told that she would not be allowed to leave without a happy customer. In the end my daughter was pulled out of the salon, and told to leave. And that they had no one to fix it.
