My husband and I were referred to Doctor Hatol, as she was filling in for our regular doctor. When we went to see her she was VERY unprofessional, she even has her dogs there at her office. Her staff was no more friendly or professional either. She proceeded to talk down to both my husband and myself. I have NEVER been talked to like that by anyone , especially someone that works in the medical profession. Agree with other patient as to bedside manner of this physician. Does NOT listen to her patients! Was a patient for over a year before finally switching to a another Dr. "Get more exercise" was her remedy to ALL my medical problems, including pain in right abdomen and breast, and severe lower back pain. Within only a month of switching Dr.'s I had my gall bladder REMOVED! (Which was the source of my pain!) No help providing mental health either. Does not listen to you. Arrived in office over 45 min. after appointment and personal did not know where she was. Did not order appropriate lab tests for the medical problems presented and then lied regarding results of lab tests when tests had not even done. (Example HmgA1C for diabetic, and when asked what the results were gave a number when the tests wasn't done. Did not have colesterol tests run for someone being treated for high colesterol and told patient that their colesterol was fine)Office very unprofessional, appea... read more
