NEIL IS A THIEF AND LIAR. PLAIN AND SIMPLE . NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEIL - UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! He took my deposit (tens of thousands) and skipped out on the job, after a year delay, and never returned any portion.
Back in 2013 I bought my grandmother's house and it required a full renovation. Neil was brought in at first for odd jobs and ended up acting as a defacto general contractor for nearly the entire build out + garage. He kept an eye on other contractor's deficiencies and delivered on every milestone on time & budget. Wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.
The man who owns this "out of his house" business, Neil, came out to look at a job painting our house, and then told us multiple times that a quote was imminent. Finally, after many weeks of "assurances", the temperature is getting too cold and I will have to put the job off until next spring. Neil is NOT a man of his word. Trust him at your own peril!
