Notre installation à super bien été et le service après-vente est impeccable. Nous avons été bien conseiller par Raphaël. Une petite fuite de fréon 5 ans plus tard et réglé dans un temps record. Félicitations à toute l'équipe!
La visite pour l’estimation s’est bien déroulée. Raphael était cordial et semblait compétent. Il nous a promis une soumission dans un délai de 48h. Je l’ai recontacté 7 jours plus tard car nous n’avions rien reçu. Il m’a assuré que je recevrait le tout en soirée. Voilà une autre semaine qui s’est écoulée depuis mon appel. Aucun retour. Nous constatons que la fiabilité n’est pas au rendez-vous.
