This guy is a thief. Money has been very tight and I needed tires for my truck. I talked with him about some tires and shopped around. Online I found tires for half the price he offered with very reasonable shipping. I went back to him to have him install the tires and he very rudely said to me I charge extra for internet tires. Almost $40 per tire. I took my business to Daniels tire in Mountain View. They were much more professional and charged $10 per tire. I saved a total of $300 by not going with Friga.
