A so-called professional that mocks people for missing teeth due to enduring years of abuse is not a guy I think anyone should support.
I would never recommend him for a realtor. He lied to me for 2 years that he was a listing agent. We finally was able to drive 17.5 hours to go for a showing that he said he set up. When we got out there we found out he was not the listing agent and the property had been sold that he told me we could come look at. Long story short just never trust this man for his word.
Worst purchase experience, repairs to the roof we're not completed at time of closing, Kirk assured my wife and I at closing that he will take care of it, numerous phone calls and texts, and he has done nothing to correct the problem. My only hope is an attorney and my saved text messages telling me that he will resolve the problem.
