I called Friesen Plumbing on Tuesday morning as I was needing help asap. I had to leave a message and Chris called back a while later stating he would grab tools and be on his way. He was here in no time, fixed the problem and told me what to buy to fix the other issue. I was expecting a high priced invoice and was floored when I received it. Much much less than I anticipated. Chris was very polite, professional and helpful. Thanks for fixing my You-tube mistakes!!!! I will definitely recommend them to our friends!!!
I've called and left messages on multiple occasions. I've never called and gotten anything but their answering machine which I assume is very rarely checked because I have left messages and never gotten a call back. Same thing has happened to my parents when they have called and needed a plumber in their house. I'd like to keep the work I need done local but that's pretty hard when you can't even get a hold of anyone.
