Service person who works behind the desk in the office acts like she doesn't care if you do business there or not. I'm sure the management probably already knows her personality does not fit the job!!

I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion SE from Friesen Auto in May 2024. Within a week of driving the car, the battery failed. The dealership did fix this, but after that was resolved, the engine blew completely in July with less than 400 miles driven since the date of purchase. They were very disorganized, couldn't find paperwork, wouldn't answer my calls and was told that David and Dawson were there.
