I had a great experience at Fries-á-la-carte Food Truck. The service was friendly but refreshingly straightforward—no forced small talk, just focused on getting great food out quickly, which I appreciate. I ordered the sweet potato curry fries with carnitas, but they were out of carnitas around noon. Not ideal, but I substituted with chicken and it worked out well.
