We have contacted many heat/air companies and received no response to either voicemails or texts. Found Fries and called, the owner was amazing. Did not charge a huge up charge for late service and worked with my sister as I am out of state. Fully informed me of what was wrong and even helped with another problem. Will definitely be calling him back for more work at the property!
Great company, super reliable, excellent customer service.
The owner was great. Before he even came to house, he explained what the problem sounded like it could possibly be. He gave me instructions over phone, I tried what he said and he was correct and I was able to fix furnace myself. Great guy.
