I had a horrible experience at this salon recently. I went in to get my dead ends cut off and told the stylist that I didn't mind taking off a few inches to make sure my hair was healthy all over. I gave her a couple pictures to use as an example of the style I wanted. She told me she could work with those cuts and then decided to chop all of my hair off in the process.
