How the hell is this low income? $300 move in fee, along with $600 first months rent? Move in procedure, gotta change your clothes and all this, heat treated items??? Sounds dumb
I been here since January 2005, l have made many friends. The staff is nice and friendly, l have made friends with many JPUSA, which are true Christians sharing the love of Jesus. I have moved from Friendly Towers, May 27th 2024 Into an Chicago Housing Authority Apartment for Seniors. I like It better cause I have a bedroom, living room and kitchen. I couldn't hold back any longer after experiencing the rudeness from the staff members. They are only nice to certain people but are rude to others. I said hello to one and received a dirty look instead. Another one rolled her eyes up at me when I was going into the building with a judgmental expression on her face. These are people who gets paid off of the tenants money and have the audacity to be disrespectful and rude.
Do not call yourself low income and you charge a 140.00 fee for what this is a scam period it does not cost 140 to do no kind of background check smh
