They were very courteous, offered refreshments, addressed us as Mr and Mrs Champion, fully understood that I had to read her lips because I was deaf, and she spoke to where I could read her lips but my wife did most of the talking, she thanked me for my service in the Army. Jonathan Mascelli was my salesman and manager. He absolutely went out of his way to make my car purchase a non-stressful event. He let me try numerous cars and even gave me a loaner vehicle while we were waiting for the final purchase to go through. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I will always purchase my vehicles from him in the future! I have also recommended him to several people at this point!
