Excellent work by the Technician, but disappointed by cost Volvo dealership charges. I guess its not the fault of the dealership but Volvo policies which charges a lot of money for software updates, which I think should be free, especially when car is in for other service. But that's not the fault of the technician who performed the battery replacement on the emergency communications system. I bought the vehicle sight unseen being that I was in another state. I asked and received videos and the body and engine appeared to be fine. The interior also appeared to be fine and I was told everything was perfectly fine with the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I noticed the headliner was damaged and had thumb tacks holding it in place. Needless to say I had to replace the headliner which entailed removing the rear window. Brent could not have been better or more personable, more helpful, or more willing to help with any problems. I felt he was completely trustworthy and truthful in all the things that he told us. He was very concerned that I examine and approve the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I am very pleased. And my grandkids can’t wait to get their hands on it.😁
Brent was a great salesperson, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, worked with us to find the car we wanted and at a fair price, was relaxed about the whole process, and made us feel comfortable with our decision
