Called for 2 days and about 20 times at least and parts never answered the phone.Horrible way to do your customers

I never have any big issues or unanswered questions when receiving service from friendship Volvo. My last visit, apparently the technician who changed the oil in our car did not wipe their hands before shutting the hood or entering and exiting our vehicle. I just had the car detailed before taking it to The dealership for an oil change. There was a big old handprint on the hood of the car and on the driver side door and handle. If this is the worst thing that ever happens to me, I would still recommend the service and dealer... read more
